My Biggest Critic

I think I lost the plot.

I think I lost every part that made sense

of this motion picture we called the train of thought

I think I may have been focusing on the trailers being shown

and never considered that the editing might have been a guide for me.

Yet I am still lost.

I have been reading over the script

and honestly it left me floating in a shallow dam of confusion

Or maybe it’s just my perception of actors.

Over glorified con artists selling an over budgeted scam

in the form of our wildest dreams coming true.

I wonder if that Critic that resides in the heavens likes what he sees

Or does He realize that in the end

All we wanna know is

if our life’s motion picture will leave Him pleased.
